Levante + Etesia kitchen wins the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024
A new important international recognition for L’Ottocento: the Levante + Etesia kitchen, designed by Michele Marcon, has won the Archiproducts Design Awards 2024 in the Kitchen category.
A prestigious accolade in the world of architecture and design, the ADA celebrates every year the projects that stand out for concept, innovation, and aesthetic research.
The Levante + Etesia kitchen combines stylistic innovation and glamour in a harmonious environment, featuring the Levante boiserie system in ash wood with a distinctive wave-like workmanship that adds movement and refinement to the surfaces. Breaking the wooden wall, the long wall unit interacts with the Etesia bases, with shaped edges and a Talco closed-pore lacquer finish, paired with a Breccia Sarda marble top and back panel.
The boiserie effect continues on the columns with integrated appliances and reappears in the central island, complete with a marble top with integrated sink and a solid ash snack counter. In stylistic coordination, the front wall reprises the wood–marble combination with the same wave-like pattern. Completing the space are metal spotlights designed exclusively for L’Ottocento, highlighting the sinuous forms of the boiserie.
With this victory, L’Ottocento reaffirms its vocation for creating kitchens that combine craftsmanship, design research, and Made in Italy excellence, earning one of the most prestigious awards on the international design scene.
